Business Analyst
Job Description
The Business Analyst drives alignment between business objectives and technical delivery by facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and contributing to the design and success of the stabilisation and analytics roadmap.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct discovery sessions to gather business and data requirements

Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, pain points, and transformation goals

Develop documentation for reports, integrations, and platform enhancements

Support prioritization of stabilization deliverables and future roadmap planning

Participate in solution validation and testing processes
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Educational Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s in Business Analysis, Information Systems, or similar
-
Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA preferred
Years of Experience
-
5+ years in business analysis roles
-
Experience in digital transformation or stabilization programs
Other requirements
-
Business process modeling and requirements elicitation
-
Stakeholder engagement and communication
-
Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
-
Understanding of data platforms, reporting, and application ecosystems
