As the Business Analyst, you will work closely with the Managing Director of our Armenia office,  taking on high-impact projects that shape the growth and success of our entire organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to gather and translate data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and operational improvements. This role will also involve building compelling business cases that advocate for and facilitate meaningful organizational change.

What you’ll do:

  • Data Analysis: Analyze business data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights.

  • Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements that align with business goals.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong working relationships with leaders and other key business stakeholders to understand the business and the metrics.

  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and analysis to management and stakeholders to support decision-making.

  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including process flows, analysis, and business cases. Maintain and update documentation as needed.

  • Project Support: Assist in project management activities, including tracking project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.

What you’ll need:

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis or a related role, preferably within the tech sector

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to take ownership and follow through on tasks until completion

  • Proficiency in both English and Armenian languages

  • Strong analytical and data validation skills, experience with data analysis and reporting

  • Strong documentation skills, experience with building compelling business cases

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with acute attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Visier, Workday Reporting etc.)

  • Savvy with GSuite/MS Office and other software necessary for the role
