What You’ll Be Doing
-
Take complete ownership of user requirements from draft to implementation
-
Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including business managers, application users, project managers, developers, and testers
-
Conduct stakeholder interviews to define comprehensive user requirements
-
Plan and facilitate meetings to drive requirement generation and communicate implementation plans
-
Build user requirement documentation according to client or internal Clario processes
-
Analyze current application capabilities and define the scope of changes and release roadmaps with stakeholders
-
Educate testers and developers on requirement specifications to ensure accurate implementation
-
Coordinate and oversee User Interface Testing with key stakeholders
-
Draft and implement user guides and training documentation for new products
-
Understand and address the specific needs of the Imaging business unit
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists and engineers
-
Maintain a prioritized feature list and assist in developing business justifications
-
Work with operational and business leaders to define product strategy and roadmaps
-
Ensure alignment between product development and overall company goals
-
Provide ongoing training and support to users of new AI systems and processes
What We Look For
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
-
5+ years of experience in a similar role may be considered in lieu of a degree
-
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst
-
Experience in pharmaceuticals or imaging services (preferred)
-
Strong understanding of requirement analysis and specification development
-
Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Excellent oral and written communication skills
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Proven ability to manage meetings and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
-
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
-
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
