This is a contingent position based upon contract award
KBR is seeking a business analyst to support configuration management of office, event, policies, plans, and strategies for the Government customer. As a business analyst, you shall be responsible for maintaining credible file structures and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies. You will also be responsible for supporting the development of policies, plans, and strategies.
This is a contingent position based upon contract award.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Development and implementation of records management policies across the customer enterprise, ensuring compliance with applicable directives

Research and establish controls for updating and tracking records

Comfortable with working with spreadsheets, lists, and other workflow tools

Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and accommodations for events, meetings, and other activities
-
Ability to track calendars and other scheduling mediums
-
Comfortable with configuration management of critical enterprise documentation
-
Manage processes and milestones for Annual Statement of Assurance (SOA) to include data calls, program assessments, and data analysis in compliance with the customer Management Control Program

Assist with compliance audits

Other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
-
Master’s Degree and 4 years or more of related experience
-
Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of experience or Associate’s Degree and 8 years of experience can be substituted

Can work independently and as part of a team
-
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and coordination skills
Travel Requirements:

Travel Required: CONUS and OCONUS may be required; Up to 10%
