We are hiring for a Business Analyst for a strategic Analytics role that will
support and work with local and international teams.
Responsibilities

Data analysis and Business Intelligence: Using key BI tools to ensure that data is up-to-date, reliable and maintained. You will be responsible for master data management and compliance.

Design and development of BI reports: You will design regular performance reports for local teams, using Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). These reports will track key business KPIs (sales, team performance, margins, etc.) and provide an overview for strategic decision-making.

End-user training: Designing and delivering training courses for internal users on BI tools and processes, to ensure proper use of the systems.

Reports and dashboards: Designing and updating monthly reports for the Executive Committee, as well as dashboards to monitor team and project performance.

Calculating bonuses and sales targets: Being responsible for calculating bonuses and targets for the sales team, ensuring that they are accurate and aligned with strategic objectives.

Strategic support: Providing support to local and international teams on country-specific strategic projects, using data analysis to inform decision-making.
Profile required:

Experience: You will have significant experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in BI, data management and strategic analysis. Knowledge of the medical devices sector, particularly diabetes, would be an advantage.

Technical skills: Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or others), as well as data management software (ERP, CRM). A good command of Excel tools and programming languages for data analysis (SQL, Python) is desirable.

Analytical skills: You have a strong ability to analyse complex data and extract relevant strategic and operational information.

Communication: You have strong communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work as part of a team, particularly with international colleagues.

Languages: Fluency in English is essential

- Calculs des primes et objectifs commerciaux : Être responsable des calculs des primes et objectifs pour l’équipe de vente, en veillant à leur exactitude et à leur alignement avec les objectifs stratégiques.
- Support stratégique : Fournir un soutien à l’équipe locale et aux équipes internationales sur des projets stratégiques spécifiques au pays, en utilisant des analyses de données pour éclairer la prise de décision.
