You will be responsible for analysis mandates within the framework of major projects. More specifically, you'll be involved in making a difference in the delivery of projects in the individual insurance, savings and retirement sector. You will have a direct impact on the development of innovative solutions for our customers, and on the administration and financial performance of the organization.
The Analyst, to varying degrees depending on experience and project complexity, is responsible for :

Integrating into large-scale projects on the move and liaising with the various parties involved, taking into account the interdependence of mandates.

Collaborate with business partners to specify their needs within the framework of planned changes in order to achieve the targets defined by the organization's pillars: growth, efficiency, customer & advisor experience and employee experience.

Providing leadership in facilitating workshops with stakeholders, focusing on innovation, optimization, and performance.

Producing fully documented and well-supported analyses based on data and expert consultations.

Contributing to the implementation and/or recommendation of optimized business solutions and processes that meet the expectations of the partner or the organization in general.

Participating in the identification and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate goal achievement.

Detailing business needs, requirements, and intentions to contribute to the product backlog.

Modeling business processes and maintaining or developing adequate business documentation.

Performing impact analyses of changes and participating in change management.

Establishing a testing strategy and participating, if required, in the execution of acceptance tests.

Being receptive to feedback from stakeholders to improve delivery quality.

Building trust and sharing knowledge to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
You will work closely with our business architecture advisors, your fellow business analysts, POs, and technological teams.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Administration with a focus on Information Systems/IT or equivalent

5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Excellent command of French (spoken and written) and knowledge of English (spoken and written) due to frequent interactions and meetings with our partners.

Knowledge of SAFe/Agile and Lean methods

Familiarity with business process analysis methods (BPMN, UML, etc.)

Knowledge of insurance products, administrative systems, and business processes (asset)

SAFe, PMI, LOMA certifications (asset)

Familiarity with Leankit, Hopex, PowerBI (asset)
