The business analyst will be a critical role, sitting between mobility and our Bruin partners. They will deliver an excellent customer experience by understanding the needs of our wireless customers, translating those needs into best practice recommendations or development requests. They should have experience in SaaS, as well as integrations, to best support the business needs.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with business stakeholders and customers to understand their goals, processes, and pain points.
- Gather and document both functional and non-functional requirements for software solutions.
- Analyze and prioritize business requirements to determine project scope and objectives.
- Create clear, detailed documentation to communicate best practices and development requests.
- Develop flow diagrams, wireframes, and process models to visualize requirements and solutions.
- Document user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with product owners and development teams.
- Primary point of contact between stakeholders and our Bruin technical team
- Collaborates with project management to assist with planning, timelines, and setting expectations.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a business analyst, software analyst, or in a similar role, preferably in software development.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Visio, Confluence).
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex business problems and propose effective software solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to document requirements clearly and accurately, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
