Business Analyst Lead - Teamcenter
 

As a Business Analyst Lead, you will lead/supervise the development of effective partnerships with the business in order to provide technology solutions which deliver value-added business benefits. The Business Analyst Lead role involves leading Siemens Teamcenter technology solution development to provide business benefits, identifying process improvements and acting as a liaison among stakeholders.You must be able to identify business process strengths and weaknesses and suggest areas for improvements across a broad spectrum. The Business Analyst Lead will recommend proper prioritization and implementation of enhancements to existing systems and work as a liaison among business stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for enhanced changes to business processes, policies, and information systems.
The Business Analyst Lead will recommend business solutions and provide specialist technical expertise as well as lead and supervise the reviews and analysis of business information to determine the solution efficiently. You must understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions to management that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

Analyst Competency Development

• Support development of curriculum
• Educational material
• Lead training sessions

HYG & Regulatory Compliance

• Understand HYG requirements
• Understand country related compliance to applicable to specific systems

The successful Business Analyst Lead will have the following Minimum Qualifications:

• BS Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent field required.
• 4 years’ experience, proven mastery – combination of education and application of systems knowledge base required.
• Siemens Teamcenter technology experience is required.
• Project Management Method - Experience in basic project management control techniques (project work plan, scope control, task dependencies, etc.) required.
• Experience in Agile Methodology preferred.
• Technical infrastructure/system exposure and understanding preferred
• Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle required.
• Knowledge of Business Improvement Processes required.
• Business Analyst Skills - Must have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly, in writing and/or orally, both in one-on-one and group presentation situations.
• Understanding of Audit / Compliance required.
• Excellent PC skills – windows products required.
• Understand Generic Business Process within field of expertise required.
• Knowledge of SQL queries and basic database skills preferred.
• Experience with design concepts for Mobile Apps preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Informatica Cloud, or MDM solutions preferred.
