Position Summary
The goal of Business Analyst is to gain insights, which enables better operational/strategic decision making. Specifically, the gained insights enable the customer service team to reduce cost, minimize risk, increase profitability, enhance supplier relationships and increase customer satisfaction. Overall, this leads to increased business efficiency, and ultimately adds value to our shareholders.
Role and Responsibilities
Your tasks, you..
- Responsible for the timely and content aligned delivery of service information and metrics
- Responsible for the maintenance and development of existing service intelligence report portfolio including automated reports and SQL database
- Perform ad hoc analyses in the entire subject area of customer service
- Develop insights from raw data in the form of numbers, facts, metrics or data visualizations
- Train stakeholders (internal and external) in reporting
- Build new reports with various software (Excel, Tableau, Power BI etc.)
- Support in service costs overview
Skills and Qualifications
Your Profile, you..
- have a higher education (FH/Uni/ETH or similar) in the field of business informatics
- bring 2 years of professional experience in the same or similar function
- have a very good knowledge of Excel, Basic Tableau or Power BI
- have a high IT affinity and enjoy working with large amounts of data
- ideally have knowledge in BEX Analyzer
- have a good knowledge in Tableau / Power BI
- are fluent in English, German and / or Korean is a plus
- have a pronounced "hands-on mentality" and count analytical thinking among your strengths
