YOUR MISSION

Grow our partnerships with strategic brands, fueling their growth and revenue for Glovo.


THE JOURNEY

  • Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s top partner brands through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs, solving their issues, and building engagement (meetings and business reviews).
  • Improve Glovo’s revenue by signing long-term visibility and sell out deals, renegotiating current conditions, introducing new assets. 
  • Capture new opportunities for brands to grow with Glovo, and Glovo to generate new revenue. 
  • Evaluate, follow up and build reports of your brand portfolio and KPIs periodically. Take actions to reach your goals and company OKRs.
  • Draw and execute plans, making your brands grow through fixing the assortment basics, marketing activations within our different channels, and overall sales growth. 
  • Understand, build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive brands.
  • Improve operational execution with our brands by making sure we always deliver the best service to our brands and customers. 
  • Work closely with other Glovo teams on executing best in class campaigns for our brand partners.
  • Actively invest in your own learning and growth and that of your team


WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • At least 2 years of experience in high-performance account management, trade marketing or business consultancy.
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, or Marketing is a plus. Preferably with experience in FMCG, food-hospitality or on-demand delivery industry.
  • Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace. 
  • Strong Commercial skills.
  • Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office, Excel.
  • Excellent Local Language and English skills.
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach.
