Role overview:
We are seeking a Brand Strategy Intern to join our dynamic brand strategy team. We're looking for a highly motivated, creative, and analytical problem solver eager to dive in. In this role, you'll support brand strategists working to develop major campaigns, write creative briefs, report on our brand's health, uncover audience insights, and beyond. You'll contribute to breakthrough work while gaining hands-on experience across the many hats brand strategist's wear.
Key responsibilities:
• Support strategy development for marketing programs, campaigns, partnerships, and more.
• Conduct research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline work, support creative ideation, and improve performance.
• Collaborate and build relationships with our product marketing, media, social, and creative counterparts.
• Assist in brand tracking and reporting, forming point-of-views that help us improve.
• Identify emerging trends and AI innovations that can support our team.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field and will graduate December 2025 or later
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, HubSpot AI, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for brand, technology, innovation, and strategic marketing.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $33.51/hr, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
