After 2 years, Heetch has positioned itself among the top 3 competitors in France among several well-funded competitors such as Uber, FreeNow, and Bolt. Today, we are looking for a strong Brand Strategist to help us shape the Heetch brand in Angola. In this role, you will lead brand campaigns, CRM, content marketing, and social media for Heetch in Angola. This role will report directly to the Marketing Director and collaborate with both local and global teams. As a successful hire, you will be tasked with helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth, as well as creating engaging marketing content.


What will you do at Heetch? 


Create and execute brand campaigns, involving various marketing channelsDevelop content marketing plan and editorial calendar, adapt and create engaging content from the scratch

Manage CRM and digital communication channels, maintaining and developing Heetch tone of voice

Keep track of community feedback online and provide feedback to the management and stakeholders 

Prepare and execute customer surveys, report results to the management team

Find new marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image and products

Work with journalists and PR agencies to ensure brand visibility

Assist in the organizing of promotional events and attend them to ensure their success


What do you need? 


Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Languages, Journalism or a relevant field 

Deep understanding of the marketing mix and experience with 360 brand campaigns

Proven experience in content marketing, social media management, content creation

Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Exceptional feel for the Portuguese language to manage communication channels and maintain our corporate tone of voice

Strong English skills to collaborate effectively with global teams

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)

Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines 

Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach 

Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
