Brand Specialist

We are looking for a Brand Specialist to join our team and support our Senior Brand Manager in strengthening our market presence. Your Role

As a Brand Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our brand communication is engaging, consistent, and effective. You will support the Senior Brand Manager on three main areas:

Content Production Follow-Up

• Coordinate the creation and execution of marketing assets, including TVC, radio spots, social media content, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external production partners to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Managing Our MarCom Agency

• Serve as a key contact for our marketing communications agency, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Brief agencies, track progress, and ensure deliverables meet strategic and operational needs.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Supporting Brand Strategy Development

• Contribute to defining and refining our brand positioning, messaging, and identity.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and relevance.

What We’re Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in consumer goods, tech, or security-related industries.
• Strong understanding of content creation, campaign development, and agency management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for branding and storytelling.
• Native in Dutch, with a good command of English.
