This highly collaborative role leads the strategy and execution of impactful learning programs that equip Sales, Marketing, Customers, and Owners with the knowledge and tools they need to drive results.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, design, and execution of comprehensive learning programs for brand and product education. Create engaging and scalable training tools that support business growth.
- Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product to understand training needs and recommend effective solutions aligned with our New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
- Use your product knowledge to foster collaboration and spark creative training ideas. Host live virtual sessions each quarter to enhance engagement with key teams.
- Oversee timelines, resources, and communications to ensure delivery of launch-ready training materials. Continuously improve content based on feedback, performance data, and emerging trends.
- Guide and inspire creative development teams—including e-learning designers and videographers—to produce high-quality content across multiple formats, including instructor-led training, digital modules, print, video, CEUs, and more.
- Champion innovation in training through initiatives such as brand certifications, quarterly programs, and flagship learning events.
- Develop customer training toolkits and scalable learning solutions in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.
- Identify process improvements to streamline curriculum development, strengthen the NPI workflow, and enhance project efficiency.
- Conduct post-launch reviews to identify learning gaps, refresh content, and leverage new technologies.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions as needed.
- Travel approximately 5–10% for major training events and business needs.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- 7+ years of relevant experience in curriculum development or instructional design
- Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects
- Proficiency in PowerPoint design
- Familiarity with e-learning development tools such as Articulate
- Ability to collaborate effectively, influence across teams, and proactively solve problems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in appliance industry training, sales, or marketing
- Organized and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
- Flexible and resourceful, with a solution-oriented mindset
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and applying trends in adult learning
