At Corby Spirit & Wine, we’re looking for a strategic, passionate, and forward-thinking Brand Manager to join our Big Whiskies team. This is your opportunity to lead and grow JP Wiser’s and Lot 40, two of the most celebrated whisky brands in Canada. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you’ll craft innovative strategies, fuel growth, and inspire collaboration across teams. If you’re curious, bold, and ready to lead, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

  • Shape Strategy: Lead the development of an annual strategic plan to drive growth and profitability, while creating energy and focus across the organization.
  • Bring the Brand to Life: Translate our vision and repositioning into integrated marketing plans, working alongside creative agencies and media teams.
  • Turn Insights into Action: Analyze market, industry, and performance data to craft actionable strategies and monthly business reports.
  • Foster Collaboration: Build relationships across functions and regions, inspiring trust and alignment throughout the organization.
  • Lead Innovation: Oversee new product launches, working with design and production teams to bring bold ideas to market.
  • Know Your Consumer: Dive deep into consumer behavior, uncovering insights and trends to seize new opportunities.
  • Build Impactful Campaigns: Develop and implement communication campaigns that resonate across diverse touchpoints.

What You’ll Bring

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with direct experience working with agency partners.
  • A passion for creative strategy and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and influence teams.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the Canadian alcohol category or consumer insights is a plus.
  • Background in managing large partnerships (e.g., sports partnerships) is preferred but not required.
