As our brand manager, you’ll wear multiple hats in connecting marketing strategy with creative activation. You’ll oversee and manage workflows for our brand marketing team which includes creative, content strategy, web, PR, and social. You’ll lead KPI Dashboarding, build operational efficiency, and define brand standards for ZeroFox to effectively represent and promote our company’s vision. We are looking for someone who loves order, process optimization, collaboration, and brand storytelling. Role and responsibilities

  • Manage all inbound and outbound brand project requests for the brand, content, web, and creative teams
  • Develop and optimize creative briefs and assign projects based on business priority and resource capacity
  • Contribute to strategic brand marketing decisions and support teammates in creating solutions that align with project goals and campaigns
  • Set clear expectations with marketing teams, requesters, and key stakeholders
  • Deliver projects accurately and on time
  • Manage weekly team workloads, run production sprints, and lead the marketing and campaign project lifecycle
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize monthly KPI reporting
  • Solve for capacity challenges and keep up with requests from stakeholders by routing and managing projects in Monday.com
  • Manage internal and agency project workflows
  • Lead weekly stand-ups, sprint cycles, and key stakeholder status updates
  • Define and refine processes to increase team efficiency and capacity
  • Organize information, manage file structures, taxonomy, and naming conventions

Required qualifications and skills

  • BS/BA in marketing, project management or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Brand or project management experience, typically obtained in 4-6 years
  • Experience managing monday.com or other equivalent project management software, typically obtained in 2-4 years
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects in a creative queue throughout the project lifecycle: intake, scheduling, delivery, optimization
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to self-actualize, build strategic plans, and execute flawlessly
  • Proven ability to set up schedules, monitor project statuses, meet deadlines, and report project metrics to management
  • Experience building, maintaining, and presenting insights using KPI dashboards
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize processes to streamline and improve workflows in an agile-inspired sprint cycle
  • Abilities to build bridges, collaborate and effectively partner with cross-functional teams like marketing, sales, and product to move projects forward

Desired qualifications and skills

  • A clear understanding of how to build an engaging brand story
  • Ability to understand project requirements, proactively fill gaps in request documentation, and liaise between a requester and a creator

  • This position may entail up to 10% travel
  • This role is based out of our office in Baltimore, MD (hybrid)
  • This role requires occasional work on nights and weekends as needed.
