Job Title: Hematology Brand Manager
Overview:
As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies and tactics to successfully launch a key product in the Mexican market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and regional teams (LATAM & Global) to ensure the effective execution of business and marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and implement a multi-channel strategy to maximize product impact.
- Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Commercial, Medical, etc.) to ensure alignment of tactics and strategies.
- Manage allocated budgets for marketing campaigns and commercial activities.
- Monitor product performance using key metrics and make strategic adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and promotional engagement guidelines in all marketing and commercial activities.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of marketing experience, preferably as a Brand Manager (desirable).
- Previous experience in sales or as a Sales Representative (desirable).
- Strong knowledge of strategic planning, brand positioning, market segmentation, and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in digital tools and software (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
- Experience in launching new products.
- Knowledge of the therapeutic area.
- Ability to work under pressure and navigate ambiguity.
- Strong leadership, project management, and decision-making skills.
- Innovative mindset with a willingness to take calculated risks to enhance the customer experience.
