Job Description
As the Brand Manager for HEINZ REMIX, you will be responsible for leading the Away From Home (AFH) REMIX program, a first-of-its-kind customizable sauce dispenser that enhances consumer experience and foodservice operations. You will drive the business strategy, innovation pipeline, and commercialization efforts, ensuring REMIX scales effectively and profitably. Success in this role requires a strategic, data-driven mindset, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and the leadership to influence cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Global Disruptive Innovation (GDI). You will own P&L performance, develop new business models, and optimize pricing strategies to maximize market adoption. Additionally, you will lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans, ensuring seamless integration into foodservice operations.
Success in this role means accelerating REMIX's growth, building strong customer adoption, and positioning Kraft Heinz as a leader in foodservice innovation. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations & Equipment, you will have high visibility within the organization, shaping the future of digital and customizable condiments in the AFH space.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Own and drive the AFH REMIX business strategy, ensuring alignment with broader Away From Home and KHC growth objectives.
- Lead the execution of the growth strategy, identifying new opportunities, optimizing business models, and ensuring strong customer adoption.
- Define and implement strategic go-to-market and commercialization plans, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to drive revenue and profitability.
- Maintain full P&L accountability, ensuring financial targets, investments, and pricing strategies align with company objectives.
- Partner with Finance and GDI to evaluate, optimize, and approve business models, pricing, and cost structures.
- Lead product roadmap development in partnership with Global Disruptive Innovation (GDI) to advance REMIX technology, including engineering iterations (V3 and beyond).
- Drive the execution of innovation projects, ensuring seamless transition from concept to market launch.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to test, refine, and scale future iterations of HEINZ REMIX based on market insights and operational feasibility.
- Serve as the program lead, overseeing MBOs and KPIs for the AFH REMIX team to ensure business objectives are met.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and GDI to develop and negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and business models.
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to develop compelling storytelling and positioning strategies to drive adoption and awareness.
- Lead and mentor the AFH REMIX team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance excellence.
- Provide coaching, career development, and leadership to ensure high-performing execution and team engagement.
- Build strong relationships across internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners to drive decision-making and business outcomes.
- Effectively communicate program vision and status updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Lead the development of case award submissions, marketing materials, and key sales enablement assets.

Expected Experience & Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA with a marketing focus preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 5-7 years of experience in brand management, product innovation, or strategic marketing within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), Foodservice, or Technology industries.
- Proven experience leading product development and commercialization from ideation to execution.
- Strong experience with business case development, financial modeling, and P&L management.
- Ability to set strategic direction and mobilize cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Strong project management and executional discipline, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills, working closely with legal and finance teams.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and present clear, compelling business narratives.
- Highly proficient in financial acumen, data-driven decision-making, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); experience with Power BI or other analytical tools is a plus.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 40% for business meetings, site visits, and customer engagements.
Work Environment & Schedule

Additionally, employees subject to this hybrid model will be eligible to work from anywhere for up to six weeks in a rolling 12-month period (in maximum two-week increments and according to benefits and tax guidelines). Depending on the role's responsibilities and requirements, some jobs may be required entirely in the office.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 - $148,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
