Job Description
As a Brand Insight Manager, you’ll play a key role in improving brand health for Core’s brands. You will help manage our new brand tracker, and you will run ad hoc research for Ladbrokes, Foxy and Party. You will ensure the brands have sound strategy, and that our communications help bring this strategy to life for consumers.
You’ll be working closely with, and influencing some of the most senior stakeholders at Entain; synthesising actionable insight from multiple sources, and making customer-centric recommendations that give us a competitive advantage. You will also be working closely with our creative agencies and media agency.
You’ll set high performance standards for yourself and your peers, ensuring we are always improving how we work and what we deliver.

Key Responsibilities:
- Brand & Consumer Insights: Develop and execute brand insight strategies, ensuring decisions are driven by both business goals and consumer needs.
- Research & Data Analysis: Manage third-party research agencies, conduct self-serve research, and deliver actionable insights through reports and dashboards.
- Brand Tracking & Creative Testing: Oversee brand tracking and creative testing to optimize marketing, commercial, and product strategies, enhancing brand awareness and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership teams to address key business questions and embed a customer-centric approach.
- Leadership & Advocacy: Foster an insight-driven culture, coach team members, and champion responsible gambling.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a client-side Brand Insight function with significant digital/e-commerce revenue.
- In-depth knowledge of brand tracking, marketing effectiveness, creative development & testing, and market research methodologies and tools, including self-serve tools.
- Excellent storytelling, data visualisation, and PowerPoint skills with the ability to create succinct, uncluttered, and impactful slides that drive action.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders by conveying complex insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- Experience managing third-party research agencies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in research and data analysis techniques and tools, including but not limited to Excel, Power BI, SPSS, GCP, and related programming languages (SQL, Python, R, etc.)
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to data protection and privacy.
