  • The Brand Communication Coordinator for Tork in North LATAM will be responsible for developing and executing brand communication strategies for Tork in the markets of Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Panama, the Dominican Republic, among others, with a special focus on Mexico and the Dominican Republic due to the transition from the Familia Institucional brand to Tork.

    This key role will ensure that brand communication initiatives are aligned with the global brand objectives and adapted to local needs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic communicator with experience in marketing and branding, capable of working in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

What You Will Do

  • Execution of the Tork LATAM communication strategy for North LATAM countries

  • Implementation of external communication initiatives across various media: external, events, partnerships, forums, influencers, digital channels
  • Implementation of internal communication initiatives to position the brand
  • Ensuring the implementation of communication campaigns derived from the global strategy and local product campaigns
  • Support for the communication needs of the Commercial and Customer Marketing teams: development of materials, training, retail, among others
  • Working with suppliers and communication agencies (Public Relations)
  • Control of the Brand Comms budget for the North LATAM region
  • Feet on the Street: visiting clients to understand communication needs firsthand
  • LATAM project for the nearly 20 countries where we operate

Who You Are

Education and Experience:

   - University degree in communication and/or marketing or related field

   - Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B business

   - Previous experience in project management with cross-functional teams

Skills and Competencies:

   - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels

   - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously

   - Fluency in Spanish and English

   - Competence in data analysis and report management

Attitudes and Values:

   - Passion for B2B brand

   - Proactive and results-oriented approach

   - Ability to adapt to different cultures and regional contexts
