In this role, the Brand & Customer Manager, Taiwan is a member of the Organon Taiwan LT and leads a team in the planning & execution of market-level promotion activities. Position includes management of 4 direct reports to meet total Taiwan marketing & operations objectives.

Responsibilities:

Leads a Team to Deliver Healthcare Professional & Consumer Promotional Activities, Resources & Events

  • Translate above-market strategies into market-level strategies and effective promotional campaigns executed in a timely manner
  • Development of promotional campaigns targeting both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients, including patient education
  • Manage a team with responsibility for end-to-end process of promotional development, including but not limited to managing vendors / agencies and facilitating medical & legal review process in order to deliver promotional resources, activities, events in line with commercial objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at the local, cluster and global level to review implementation progress of key initiatives, provide insights to gain alignment on challenges, and drive effectiveness to achieve business objectives
  • Development and execution of events throughout all stages of commercialization, including for launch and in-line products / therapeutic areas
  • Deliver on resource, logistical and administrative requirements for promotional resources, activities & events
  • Budget and expense management for portfolio promotion plan

Stakeholder / KOL / Society Engagement & Management

  • Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships, make proper representation of the company in external meetings, conventions and other network-building opportunities (e.g. medical society meetings, patient society meetings)
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other stakeholders whose input will be instrumental in building the scientific agendas of meetings and other activities

Market Analysis & Insights

  • Engage market research vendors to develop market research projects (both primary & secondary) that identify market & customer insights to inform key business decisions
  • Facilitate implementation of market intelligence strategies; gather, validate and analyze competitive market information
  • Analyze secondary data to identify trends and gather information to assess drivers of market trends

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical or related industry
  • Minimum of 3-4 years marketing experience (marketing experience can be defined as product management, product planning experience, or a cross section of marketing support experiences including market research, promotion management, etc.)
  • Bachler or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Science-related field preferred
  • Excellent MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
  • Experience using Veeva Vault Promomats, CRM, or similar platforms preferred
  • Experience leading promotion review process in collaboration with cross-functional review teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be proactive and self-motivated
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in in both Mandarin and English
