About the role: The BPA Manager is a results oriented strategic thinker with a strong financial background and expertise in data management, digitalization, and process improvement. This role will play a key part in enabling strategic procurement decision-making for direct materials by leveraging data insights and automation. The ideal candidate should be proactive, adaptable to dynamic environments, and possess excellent problem-solving skills to drive impactful, scalable solutions in both the short and long term. The candidate must understand complex and critical business problems from a variety of stakeholders and business functions, discover actionable insights, and automate processes to reduce effort and time for repeated use.

Analyse complex business problems from various stakeholders and business functions, developing integrated analytical approaches to extract insights from data sources.

Provide strategic financial insights to support decision making, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and long-term business sustainability.

Generate high-quality insights and data-driven solutions with measurable business impact and return on investment, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with local/Regional/Global partners

Work closely with finance, supply chain, and procurement teams to align purchasing strategies with financial objectives and cost reduction targets.

Influence senior leadership by providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations through advanced data analysis and storytelling.

Champion data governance initiatives to improve data accessibility and reliability for decision-making at all levels of the organization.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement by challenging existing processes and leveraging technology to enhance procurement capabilities.
Minimum requirements:

University degree in Business Administration or similar diploma, recognized financial qualification.

3-4 years Blue chip financial experience healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of interacting with senior leadership.

English is a must

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data modelling, statistical analysis, and financial forecasting.

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik Sense) and advanced Excel skills including data transformation tools such as Power Query and Power Pivot.
