Job Description
- Maintain HRIS including database maintenance and system update as necessary
- Assist in HR annual processes such as performance and salary review, bonus / incentive schemes and other reward-related activities
- Prepare various HR reports and analysis for management review
- Support ad-hoc duties as and when required
Who you are
- Degree holder in HR, Business Administration or relevant discipline
- 2-3 years’ relevant experience
- Strong numerical sense and computational skills
- Well versed in employment legislations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
