About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Marketing Events Assistant to support the execution of a print marketing campaign in Buenos Aires. This role will serve as the right hand of the Marketing Coordinator, focusing on logistics, material handling, and onsite operational support. This is a physically active job that requires driving across different city locations to deliver and manage campaign materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up campaign materials (flyers, boxes, books, pallets, etc.) from vendors.
- Transport and deliver materials to campaign locations across CABA.
- Support the Marketing Coordinator with on-site supervision during marketing activations.
- Ensure all materials are set up and distributed properly at each site.
- Help troubleshoot operational issues and report back to the coordinator.
- Maintain campaign organization and uphold quality standards on-site.
Additional Information:
- Candidates must be available to work on-site Monday to Saturday for the duration of the campaign.

- Previous experience in logistics, event setup, or field marketing preferred.
- Must be physically fit and able to handle heavy materials, pallets and boxes.
- Must hold a valid driving license with no offenses on record.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently on-site.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)..
