Job Description

Position Summary:

Reporting to the BOM and Data Management Team Lead, responsible for BOM and data implementation in compliance with process requirements, support process improvement strategies within group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for BOM management, Structure and implementation.
• Analyse ECR (Engineering change Request) in SAP S4 HANA system for BOM implementation via ECO (Engineering change Order).
• BOM Implementation in SAP S4 HANA for Engineering change, factory transfers/ BOM extension and material master changes.
• BOM Structuring in SAP S4 HANA Via RTM (Release to manufacturing) process.
• BOM review as per guidelines.
• Perform BOM comparisons as required.
• Work with CRM (Change and Release management) team within configuration management team for BOM clarification as required.
• Work with engineering team for BOM clarification as required.
• Attend CCB (Change Control Board) meetings as required.
• Work with BOM and Data Configuration Management Manager develop tools for automation to increase productivity within group.
• Assist in ensuring SAP S4 Hana and Configuration Management strategy are strategically aligned for the business.
• Duties as deemed necessary by the BOM and Data Configuration Management Manager.

Qualifications

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering or Equivalent

Additional Information

Skills Required:

• Experience in SAP MM and BOM module or similar ERP system.
• Experience in SharePoint, Intermediate to Advance Excel, Power BI and Power Automate is required.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft office.
• Well organized and Flexible.

Experience

3-5 years experience in an equivalent/related position 

Location

• Based in Philippines with potential travel to R&D and Factory sites (approx. 1x per year).
• Home based initially until facility established in Metro Manilla (expected Ortigas, Metro Manila area)
