The Project Management Leader will work as part of the Global Project Management group, managing a team of Project Manager’s supporting Bioanalytical LC-MS and Immunochemistry clients. The PM Leader is responsible for the team managing projects end to end, with effective and timely client communication and use of appropriate tools to ensure successful project execution. The PM Leader will support the team in issue resolution, coach and guide on project issues and client management, and assist in providing career development and training opportunities.

In addition, the PM Leader will work closely with, and be part of, the Bioanalytical management group, working together on initiatives to drive growth and improvements. The PM Leader will also form networks and partner with other internal groups, such as the Commercial team, Early Development and Central Laboratories, to improve working practices and deliver on issue resolution.

The PM Leader will require strong people and project management skills, a client facing background and experience in issue resolution, process improvement and change management.

The role requires on site presence in Indianapolis for client visits and team meetings. Remote working is available when you are not required on site.

Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years related experience

  • Contract research/pharma/biotech industry

  • People management

  • Project management

  • Client facing background

  • Adept in issue resolution and process improvement

  • Analytical / laboratory background

  • Commercial and financial awareness

Education:

  • BS degree is highly preferred; HSD required

  • Project management certification desirable
