Key Responsibilities: -

Invoice Submission: Accurately enter electronic invoices in a timely manner into designated electronic portals.

Account Monitoring: Effectively monitor assigned accounts to ensure that all invoices have been submitted.

Customer Billing Requirements: Demonstrate knowledge of customer-specific billing requirements and notify internal resources when not all required documentation is received.

Issue Resolution: Correctly identify, document, and resolve internal issues that are delaying payment, such as pricing discrepancies, insufficient documentation, and non-receipt of invoices.

Sense of Urgency: Display a sense of urgency in submitting invoices to ensure timely payment.

Team Contribution: Make regular contributions to team efforts, in addition to individual responsibilities.

Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills: -

Proven experience in billing or a related field.

Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter attitude.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in using electronic portals such as e.g. Ariba

Ability to document customer issues meticulously in a ticketing system.

Bachelor's degree in any stream
