Job Description
Role summary:
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity within the Group Billing and Revenue Assurance Team in Group Finance. As a Billing Projects Analyst, you will contribute to global finance projects, especially focusing on billing and revenue processes.
While you may not have prior work experience, you will offer an excellent chance to develop your skills in a supportive environment and gain exposure to key finance projects. You will work closely with senior team members to help deliver the group's strategy and goals by assisting in different billing and revenue projects. Training and guidance will be provided to help you understand how to document use cases, gather requirements, and support process improvements.
What You'll Do:
- Work with your line manager to prioritize project objectives and billing strategies
- Help gather and document requirements and processes
- Learn how to translate our needs into solutions by supporting system documentation, business cases, and strategy papers
- Support regional teams in their billing-related projects, ensuring they align with the global billing strategy
- Collaborate with experienced team members and external partners to develop solutions that meet our needs
- Help prepare documentation for operational teams and help ensure a smooth handover of projects
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts by learning to identify and propose process enhancements
- Billing related troubleshooting and support, partner with 3rd-party consultants, CoE, Project Partners and GCS resources to address issues and requests

Qualifications
- You recently graduated or are about to graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- You are eager to learn about billing processes, revenue recognition, and finance operations.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well in teams/individually in remote working setting
- You are motivated, enthusiastic, and open to learning new tools and processes.
