BILLING FINANCIAL ANALYST
As a Billing Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and impacting Foley Carrier Services’ financial performance.
This position will be responsible for billing and operation analysis and reporting. This is a hands-on role with an emphasis on continuous improvements to deliver easy to understand business critical information. The position requires a detail oriented, yet flexible, assertive and positive individual that can manage several tasks and projects simultaneously and change priorities as the demands of the business evolve.

The compensation for this position is $58k-$63k depending on experience and qualifications.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Foley’s products and services.
- Develop a deep understanding of Foley’s billing practices and procedures.
- Play an important role on Foley’s billing and AR team as a utility player that can step in to assist in all areas.
- Study the numbers to proactively identify issues and opportunities across all areas of the business with a focus on billing improvements and analysis.
- Develop meaningful metrics and trends to forecast and impact future results.
WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- 2 – 5 years of Corporate Billing and AR experience preferred with a desire to be a Business Analyst
- Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically strong in Excel
- SQL and relational database experience a plus
- Attention to Detail - Proven ability to work quickly and deliver accurate and actionable information.
- Communicator - Experience in partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner.
