Our team is seeking our next Inbound Sales and Customer Representative to join our Montreal team.

No cold calling! As an Inbound Sales and Customer Representative, you will be taking calls from existing clients who are looking to activate their credit card. This position consistent of role is to ensure our clients are getting the best value from their services; therefore, we want to ensure we offer them additional optional product to match their need.

IN ADDITION, WE OFFER SHIFT PREMIUMS AND FLEXIBLE SHIFTS!
- A shift premium of 10% (of regular hourly rate) will be paid for all hours worked when 50% or more of the total hours worked Monday to Friday fall outside of your 8am - 5:00pm
- AND 10% shift premium (of regular hourly rate) will be paid for all hours worked on Saturdays.
Operating hours are wonderful! Monday – Friday 8am to 9pm and Saturday 9am – 5pm
YOUR ROLE AS A FAIRSTONE REPRESENTATIVE:
- Strive to understand customer’s situation and recognize the customer’s needs
- Maintain a high level of competitive and product knowledge
- Provide quality service that will exceed customer expectations
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Accurately document customer interactions within the appropriate systems
- Apply techniques offered in training and ongoing coaching for continuous improvement towards sales and performance targets.
Job Requirements
- Bilingual, must be able to communicate and write in both French and English.
- Self-motivated in an independent work environment
- Solid computer skills and an aptitude for learning new software
- An understanding of credit cards is an asset
- More importantly: Maintain a positive supportive attitude and help to maintain a gratifying work atmosphere with strong sense of ethics!
