We're looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our customer service team in Valletta (Malta). If you're fluent in Maltese and have a good command of English, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
• Provide high-quality customer support via chat, voice, or email (ticketing)
• Handle inquiries related to product issues, logistics, and general concerns
• Respond to customer queries promptly to enhance service efficiency and user experience
• Log customer feedback professionally and relay relevant insights to the internal team
• Maintain a patient, professional, and friendly tone to reduce complaints and boost satisfaction
• Identify and escalate high-risk or sensitive cases quickly and accurately
Position Details:
• Location: Valletta (Malta)
• Work Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts (continuous schedule – not part-time)
• Education: High school diploma or above
• Preferred: Experience in customer service roles
Requirements:
• Fluency in Maltese and English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn business processes quickly
