BI Publisher Specialist (Reporting)2
• 3+ years proven experience with Oracle BI Publisher and report design, HCM Extracts and SQL development, with a focus on compensation and equity reporting
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and reporting
• Experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud and related modules, especially in compensation and equity functions.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for developing complex queries to extract and manipulate compensation and equity data.
• Solid experience in HCM Extract development and deployment.
• In-depth domain knowledge of Compensation & Equity, including salary structures, compensation planning, bonus programs, stock options, and other compensation elements.
• Experience with Pod alignment principles in Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in the context of compensation data.
• Ability to collaborate with compensation teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define requirements and design effective reporting solutions.
• Strong data modeling skills to support complex compensation and equity reporting needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom reports using Oracle BI Publisher, including compensation reports, equity compensation reports, salary reviews, bonus calculations, etc.
• Develop and manage data models that support compensation and equity reporting needs, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Create and manage custom templates in BI Publisher to ensure that compensation and equity reports meet business requirements and are formatted correctly for stakeholders.
• Write complex SQL queries to support data extraction, reporting, and custom extract development, ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy.
• Leverage expertise in Compensation & Equity processes (e.g., salary structures, bonus plans, stock options, etc.) to ensure that reports and extracts meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Align compensation data structures and configurations with Pod alignment principles in Oracle HCM Cloud to support seamless reporting and data integration
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for reports, data models, templates, and HCM Extracts, following best practices for reporting and development
