BI Analytics Lead

At OBRIO, we value our principle of Follow the Data. As we rapidly grow, the need to digitize and leverage data across business processes is increasing. To address this, we are building a Business Intelligence (BI) function within our analytical team and are looking for a talented BI Lead to drive this initiative.

You will lead a dedicated BI team focused on developing self-service analytics, enabling stakeholders to independently manage their requests. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing the company’s metrics and dashboard system and assembling and managing a team of up to 4 employees.

Your impact:

• Develop and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders, requiring close collaboration and deep understanding of the business domain.
• Design and support self-service solutions, such as alerting systems, to empower stakeholders to independently access data.
• Conduct ad hoc research and analysis to provide BI expertise across various initiatives.
• Take full ownership of the company’s metrics system, ensuring its accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Provide analytical support for data-driven products, including tools like RevealBot, AdBraze, and chargeback appeal systems.
• Build and manage a high-performing BI team, fostering growth and collaboration.

About You:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics, with prior experience in managing analysts.
• Strong skills in Tableau (or other BI tools) and data visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and databases at a basic level.
• Solid understanding of business metrics and the ability to digitize business processes.
• Strong grasp of statistics and the ability to interpret and work with data effectively.
• Excellent business communication skills, with the ability to explain, argue, and persuade.
• Proven success in managing teams and fostering growth.
• Results-oriented, with a proven ability to execute and get things done.
• Independent, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Nice To Have:

• Experience with cloud databases.
• Familiarity with tools like Amplitude and GrowthBook.
• Experience in creating alerts and monitoring systems.
