What skills do I need?
- 3+ years of experience leading BDR/SDR teams in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
- Proven ability to scale teams and drive revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Hands-on experience with sales tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Orum, and Gong.
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of implementing and optimizing strategies.
- Passion for mentoring and developing high-potential talent.
- Willingness to experiment with new tactics and measure success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Pipeline Generation: Drive qualified opportunities by managing a high-performing team of inbound, outbound, and international BDRs and SDRs to exceed lead generation targets.
- Optimize Outreach & Conversion: Continuously refine messaging, outreach sequences, and qualification criteria to improve meeting set rates and opportunity conversion.
- Establish & Monitor KPIs: Define and track performance metrics that directly impact pipeline growth, ensuring accountability and data-driven decision-making.
- Coach & Develop Reps: Provide hands-on training, call reviews, and real-time feedback to enhance outbound prospecting, objection handling, and deal acceleration. Manage rotational program for tenured/high performing reps.
- Recruit & Onboard: Hire, train, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
- Strategic Targeting & Execution: Align with Sales and Marketing to focus efforts on high-priority accounts, ideal customer profiles, and campaign-driven outreach. Analyze best lead sources/verticals to maximize efficiency.
- Leverage Technology & Insights: Utilize Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and other tools to enhance prospecting efficiency and pipeline visibility.
- Iterate & Improve Processes: Identify and implement best practices to increase efficiency, optimize workflows, and maximize pipeline contribution.
