MileOne Mercedes-Benz is presently seeking a BDC employee for our Customer Service department.
This role offers $20 - $30 per hour bi-weekly compensation with a performance-based commission structure based on past work experience. It requires full-time availability, 730am – 5pm Monday thru Friday, with Saturday hours periodically based on business conditions.
The ideal candidate for this position should be a self-motivated individual with strong initiative, excellent time management, and organizational abilities, adept at multitasking while paying close attention to detail. They should be goal-oriented, possess proficient skills in Excel and computing, display enthusiasm, be open to coaching, exhibit reliability, and demonstrate effective written and verbal communication. A positive attitude, high energy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Some work experience including call handling and product marketing is preferred. Additionally, a solid dedication to ensuring maximum customer satisfaction is crucial.
Job Responsibilities for BDC:
Your goal will be to set service appointments and contact commercial parts leads to positively impact service and parts volume while meeting customer satisfaction standards and conducting business ethically and professionally.
Your specific duties in this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Set appointment goals and objectives for your team based on input from your managers
- Analyzes trends and develops plans to achieve the dealership's goals.
- Track results and run daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Provide hiring input and training of BDC coordinators.
- Establishes practices to ensure exceptional customer service.
