We are seeking a strategic, results-driven, and highly collaborative Operations Manager for the region of Korea. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enabling the expansion of Xsolla APAC, contributing to the company’s overall growth trajectory.

In addition to Operations Manager duties, this position requires Business Assistant duties to grow with our Business Development Team. Duties include supporting the BD Team by managing global travel arrangements and completing other administrative tasks.

Mainly as the Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of building and executing comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies, identifying new opportunities, and optimizing cross-functional processes to bring innovative products and features to market. This highly visible and strategic role will require close collaboration with Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics, using insights to influence product and marketing strategies
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities specific to the Korea region, creating customized plans to translate opportunities into measurable KPI outcomes
  • Strong communicator, enjoy collaborating with internal stakeholders and counterparts to ensure the business operates smoothly and information flows between teams. Attention to detail is key.
  • Manage and coordinate meeting arrangements and travel plans for both domestic and global travel
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by the Business Development team

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in GTM strategy, product marketing, or related roles, ideally within the gaming industry or a similar fast-paced environment. Proven ability to successfully launch and scale products in competitive markets, particularly in the Korea region.
  • Skills: Strong skills in managing cross-functional teams, prioritizing tasks, and delivering on complex projects within tight deadlines.
  • Analytical Mindset: Expertise in analyzing data, market trends, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions and refine strategies
  • Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, and/or similar
  • English and Korean language proficiency
  • You are tech savvy, can work your way around new applications with ease
  • You are eager to take on new projects and help with operations as needed
  • Must be able to immediately handle a significant workload and effectively prioritize projects with a high degree of autonomy
  • Effective time management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Organization comes to you easily, and you are able to balance many things on your plate
  • Ability to travel up to 35% (domestic and international)
  • Preferred
  • Experience at a Gaming, Fintech or E-commerce organization
  • Fully bilingual in English and Korean. Other language proficiency a plus.
