YOUR MISSION:
As a Product Management - Risk Management Working Student at enmacc, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our customers' credit risk information.
By supporting process automation, optimising internal workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders, you will contribute to enhancing operational excellence and customer satisfaction in Europe’s leading digital trading platform for energy.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES / WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You are responsible for maintaining and optimising the automatic processing of our customers’s credit risk information
- You are clarifying inconsistencies in the risk information directly with the back offices of our customers
- You will be coordinating the parsing of customer files with enmacc’s third-party service provider
- You will be responsible for the internal organisation and process optimisation to guarantee high customer satisfaction
- You are running credit risk analysis to support our commercial team
- You will work in the enmacc product development team
- You will directly impact the process automation strategy
YOUR PROFILE / WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Studies in Management, Communication, Energy or Business Administration
- Previous experience in Energy Trading Back Office or Risk Management preferred
- Skills in projects or process management preferred
- Fluent in English
- Available for a long-term collaboration (at least 12 months)
- Affinity towards digital products and services and confidence that digitisation is key for growing the markets
