Join DATAMARK, Inc. as a Back Office Supervisor and take charge of our back-office operations. As a Back Office Supervisor you will lead a dedicated team to ensure that our processes run smoothly and efficiently. The Back Office Supervisor will be responsible for guiding the team through day-to-day operations, enhancing productivity, and maintaining the highest quality standards. The Back Office Supervisors insights and leadership will help drive improvements that support our mission of delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of back office associates, overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Identify areas for process improvements and implement effective solutions.
- Handle escalated issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Conduct training sessions and develop associates' skills to enhance team performance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in back office operations.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze operational processes.
