Your Role:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the global Back Office team (Office management team and Executive Assistants in Lyon, New York, Singapore and Tokyo), ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the Back Office team
  • Manage team performance and staffing needs
  • Ensure effective and unified communication within the Back Office team and ensure a great collaboration across all departments, both locally and globally.
  • Ensure compliance with BackOffice policies
  • Monitor travel request and provides approvals when applicable
  • Manage projects related to internal activities  
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Set clear expectations and goals for the team and provide leadership and guidance to support their development.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts within the team and escalate issues to the Senior Management team as necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and productive working environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience managing teams, with demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Fluent in both English and French, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.
  • Patience, empathy, and strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
