Job Description:

  • ·       At least 5-8 years of P&C/Life Insurance/Reinsurance domain operations experience.

    ·       Should have core insurance domain process knowledge in any at least one of the functional areas like

    o   Accounting

    o   Claims

    o   Policy administration

    o   Underwriting

    o   Reinsurance

    ·       Having software product development experience is a plus

    ·       Experience in defining/documenting business requirements

    ·       Ability to understand/follow/define processes of end-client business operations.

    ·       Experience in working with use cases, specifications, process flows, data models, test cases, etc.

    ·       Ability to effectively communicate business requirements to programmers/technical team from IT angle

    ·       Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, listening, presentation, and facilitation

    ·       Preferred experience in pre-sales, RFP, RFI responding, providing demo to prospects and generating workflows of product functionalities

    ·       Must have good analytical skills

    ·       Domain certifications desired
