Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented B2B Membership, Credentialing, and Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that all new B2B clients are properly credentialed, onboarded, and integrated into our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credentialing processes, membership management, and onboarding procedures for business clients, with a focus on compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the credentialing process for new B2B clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified.
- Manage B2B membership applications and renewals, maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new B2B clients, including orientation sessions and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide support and guidance to new B2B clients throughout the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or related fields.
- Proven minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles in credentialing, membership management, and onboarding for B2B clients.
- Knowledge of accreditation processes, document verification, and client onboarding in B2B, B2B2C settings.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and the Office suite.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish. English proficiency is a plus.
- Knowledge in Sales Force - CRM is a plus.
- Knowledge of Brazilian business regulations and standards is a plus.

- Complementary Activities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of training materials and programs tailored for B2B clients.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance onboarding and credentialing processes for business clients.
- Provide support to the sales and account management teams by sharing expertise in processes and procedures, and assisting with various tasks as needed .
- Engage in cross-functional projects to promote organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the B2B membership and onboarding experiences.
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
