About the team

The B2B Marketing team at VEED is a cross-functional team with focus on Veed for Business revenue growth. This role champions strategic account acquisition at different moments of the user journey (from awareness to consideration and closing). You will work closely with other marketing & sales teams as well as cross-functional stakeholders to drive massive impact for VEED. 

About the role

You’ll join as a Demand Generation Manager for VEED within the Veed for Business marketing pod.

Your core mission will be to generate demand for Veed for Business, working cross-functionally with the Growth Team (Paid, SEO, CRM), RevOps, Product Marketing and Sales teams to drive B2B new revenue. 

Your core responsibilities will include devising new ways to build enterprise pipeline through 360 campaigns, as well as strategize, execute and iterate on our paid campaigns at different moments of the buyer journey, with a specific emphasis on LinkedIn as a core channel. 

In addition, this role will evaluate and support launching our ABM strategy, as well as act as the connecting point between top of the funnel efforts, Sales & CRM teams. 

We’re looking for someone who can strategically build an integrated demand gen strategy for B2B, can work in an autonomous yet collaborative environment, and has a proven hands-on experience managing relevant campaigns and channels if required.

What you’ll do

  • Prioritise, create and optimize our Lead Generation campaigns with relevant targeting and messaging, using a wide-range of channels and strategies (content, webinars, lead forms, etc.) to achieve the pipeline target.
  • Manage the demand generation budget and allocate resources to achieve short- and long-term goals, optimizing for sustainable growth and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Content, PMM and Creative Teams to build a comprehensive full funnel strategy for our B2B channels, regularly test and optimise to improve performance. 
  • Utilize and optimize Hubspot to accurately report on Inbound pipeline, campaign and channel performance.
  • Kickstart our ABM strategy - utilize your expertise in intent and lead scoring to plan and execute targeted Account-Based campaigns that align with high-priority sales targets.
  • Lead marketing technology adoption that will enable scalability and efficiency for the team to meet its goals.
  • Work closely with the CRM team to implement lead nurturing workflows to ensure the success of the lead generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with SEO to plan content for search engines that attracts and convert B2B/Enterprise needs.
  • Oversee external resources (agencies, contractors) as needed for campaign execution.

About you

  • 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or related fields
  • Expertise in B2B SaaS startup environments with sales-led or hybrid go-to-market motions
  • Strong experience in in PPC, SEM, CRM, ABM and content marketing best practices
  • Hands on experience with LinkedIn paid and organic strategy, and ad technology/tooling 
  • Experience with Hubspot and business intelligence tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset –you’ll dive into the data to report on campaign results, develop new campaign ideas, and constantly iterate and improve programs with a data-driven approach
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally to get things done.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to speak confidently on both strategy and tactics.

We are currently hiring in 2 core hubs: the UK and the Netherlands and 2 additional hubs for sales and support roles only (USA for sales and the Philippines for support).
