The AVP, Communications is an individual contributor role within LPL’s Client Success organization directly supporting the Supervision team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the execution of Supervision’s communication strategy internally, to drive organizational change management and business readiness, as well as externally, enhancing advisor facing content to create awareness of priority initiatives.
Reporting to the VP of Supervision Strategy & Operations, you’ll work closely with the Supervision team and key business partners to help drive understanding of department initiatives and awareness of how they affect employees and key stakeholders.
The role requires someone who can operate independently, manage priorities effectively, thrives in an ever-changing environment, has a friendly can-do attitude, and pays attention to detail. We’re not looking for someone to do things the way they’ve always been done. Someone who is curious, innovative, and thinks outside of the box is well-suited for this position.
Responsibilities:

Partner closely with Supervision leaders to identify communication needs (both internal and external) and translate them into executable plans that drive measurable results.

Create effective communications to help create awareness and understanding of Supervision priorities and the impact on employees and other key stakeholders.

Develop annual and long-term communication campaigns that support the department, and drive engagement.

Develop mechanisms to uncover unmet informational needs/opportunities within our internal audiences and lead cross-functional teams toward solutions.

Realize and orchestrate opportunities to help information flow across and throughout the organization.

Collaborate with peers to develop modern employee communication content that breaks through the everyday clutter, bringing the LPL story to life across a diverse and rapidly growing workforce

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (Communication, Finance, Business, or related field)

5+ years financial services industry experience

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong PowerPoint skills

Must be local to our Fort Mill, SC office to be considered at this time.

Pay Range:
$94,500.00 - $157,500.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
