What We're Looking For
This Fintech/Revenue Delivery Analyst is a client-facing position, in which you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new clients and existing clients in the fintech banking sector. The role involves ensuring seamless integration of clients with the company’s banking solutions, providing support through every stage of the onboarding closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
If you have strong research, writing, technical, payments/card network, and analytical skills, and a desire to leverage your knowledge of fintech and payments; this immediate opportunity might be a fit.
Responsibilities:
- Partner Implementation:
- Passionately understand our partners use cases, flow of funds, business goals, and product offering to align the correct solution to deliver value to their customers in a complaint, efficient, and effective approach
- Lead the technical and compliance onboarding process for new & existing clients, ensuring smooth integration with banking and financial services platforms
- Gather required documentation and conduct due diligence checks, such as KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and regulatory compliance
- Guide partners through account setup, API integration, and service activation
- Transition partners through the phases our partner journey showing success criteria for each phase
- Liaise effectively with client-facing teams (product/engineering, legal/compliance/risk, accounting, and other teams); provide strategic guidance as needed around client documentation, AML and Risk standards/guidelines, or Bank standards
- Be an owner and driver of process definition and improvement to streamline the partner onboarding journey
- Demonstrate a history of managing 5-7 complex programs simultaneously
- Demonstrate an ability to capture issues, escalate timely and effectively, manage scope and change requests, timelines, overall program performance
- Partner Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients throughout the onboarding phase
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and answer queries
- Conduct onboarding training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure client understanding of the bank’s platform
Required Skills:
- 4-7+ years of hands-on solution architecture, data integration, partner delivery experience and working with compliance teams in a financial institution
- Ability to understand, visualize, and document the client’s product construct and how they map to our internal data models used for processing cards, transactions, and loans
- Excellent knowledge of SFTP, APIs, and related standards such as HTTP, REST, SOAP, and OAuth
- Proven ability to present technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience managing projects with multiple requirements and agendas while maintaining holistic plans and driving to agreed upon schedule
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, customer focus, and results orientation
- Knowledge of financial services and the fintech ecosystem and desire to learn changing trends across, especially as it relates to legal, compliance, underwriting, and risk management
Preferred Skills:
- Experience implementing and configuring credit, debit, and pre-paid programs with card issuers and networks
- Defining requirements for credit and payment network data feeds to integrate and be ingested by a banking core and downstream reporting systems

Salary Range: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00
