Overview:

This position provides onsite support for Audio Visual functions within the MFS environment for assigned client. This includes expertise in Desktop Video, Video Conferencing, Poly/Polycom, Crestron technology, and Presentation support.

This role is on-site daily at our customer location in Boston.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform hands-on support of A/V technologies

  • Work closely with Atos AMO Management Team on support process

  • Escalate when appropriate to PMO and MFS Client Services Management on-site

  • Insure that all appropriate documentation is maintained and updated as necessary and Shared among A/V technicians

  • Responsible for Remedy Incident queue monitoring activity and SLA performance

  • Coordinate support efforts with local and International offices

  • Pager duty rotation after several months on job.

  • Setting up multi-purpose room furniture on occasion

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree; or high school diploma + 3+ years of industry experience.

  • Specific knowledge of support practices on corporate A/V technology, such as Desktop Video, Video Conferencing, Poly/Polycom and Crestron technology and Presentation support

  • Customer Service Skills

  • Organizational skills

  • Time Management skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to follow technical process / documentation required

  • Experience creating documentation for end-users preferred

  • Microsoft/Microsoft Office products

  • Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, On24 a plus
