Cumplir con las especificaciones y tiempos exigidos por el líder inmediato, en cuanto al servicio de panadería/pastelería del punto, desde el proceso de pedido de materia prima hasta la entrega del producto terminado. Cumplir con la entrega de producto terminado a los diferentes puntos de venta y de servicio según lo requerido al área producción. Manipular de manera efectiva la materia prima, insumos y suministros dentro del área de panadería sin generar desperdicios. Garantizar las condiciones organolépticas de todos los productos que se encuentran en proceso dentro del área de panadería. Preparación de los diferentes productos solicitados de (postres, pasteleria) teniendo en cuenta los procesos establecidos por la empresa. Proponer ideas nuevas de productos de panadería / pastelería que beneficien las ventas del punto.
