We are seeking a skilled and passionate Autonomous Driving System Test Engineer to join our research and development center in Singapore, focusing on the deployment, testing, and operation of L4-level autonomous driving vehicles for international projects. Here, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with top-notch engineers to explore cutting-edge autonomous driving technologies and translate them into commercial applications. Additionally, you will have the chance to travel to other countries for business trips to participate in local project deployments, broadening your international perspective and gaining valuable practical experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive testing plans for L4-level autonomous driving vehicles to ensure stable performance across various road and traffic conditions;
- Conduct thorough functional, performance, and safety testing of the autonomous driving system to meet the strict requirements for project deployment;
- Oversee the testing and operational work of autonomous driving vehicles in Singapore, collaborating closely with partners to ensure the smooth operation of testing processes;
- Continuously monitor and analyze test data, identify and address issues, and optimize the performance and stability of the autonomous driving system through iterative improvements;
- Travel to other countries globally for business trips as needed, participating in local autonomous driving project deployments and collaborating closely with team members to ensure the smooth progress of the projects.
Job Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree or above in computer science, automation, vehicle engineering, or a related field;
- At least 1 year of experience in autonomous driving or related fields, with a deep understanding of the testing processes and technical requirements for L4-level autonomous driving vehicles preferred;
- Proficient in autonomous driving system testing methods and tools, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Possess strong communication skills and a team-oriented spirit, able to collaborate effectively across departments and teams;
- Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English, able to read and understand technical documents in English and participate in international technical exchanges and collaborations;
- Willing and able to accept business trips to other countries globally, participate in local project deployments, and possess the ability to adapt to different cultures and work environments.
