We are looking for a passionate Test Co Ordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving tests plans that include both functional and non-functional testing for our applications, ensuring the highest levels of software quality. - Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive test plans and strategies that include both functional and non-functional testing.
- Coordinate and oversee testing activities across multiple projects.
- Monitor and track defects, ensuring they are properly documented and addressed.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, identifying and addressing issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of testing activities and results.
- Communicate test results and follow up on any required actions, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Identify potential risks in the testing process and develop mitigation plans.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for various application layers (UI, API, and backend).
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure the highest standards of software quality are met.
- Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects.
- Conduct performance, regression, and functional testing to ensure product reliability.
- Work closely with development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software defects and issues through detailed analysis.
- Continuously improve existing automation frameworks and processes.
- Contribute to the design and documentation of testing processes and procedures.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing in the development lifecycle.
- Maintain technical documentation related to automated test procedures and results.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Your profile
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with developers, business departments and other team members.
- Min 3 years' experience in test coordination.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with test management software and tools.
- Experience in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress).
- Proficiency in writing automated tests using programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their behavior in different environments.
- Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI) and experience with testing web services.
- Hands-on experience working with databases (e.g., SQL) for test validation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into them (a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing issues and ensuring testing coverage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- English language proficiency for reading technical documentation.
