What will your Responsibilities be?

Collaborating with other sales representatives for projects with successful outcomes

Troubleshoot customer processes and software issues

Expert in core products and services

Maintains required technical certifications for all systems

Manages complex software implementation projects with successful outcomes

Demonstrates a proactive approach to learning, problem-solving, and asking questions

Executes project timelines as outlined in the Project Plan and provides time estimates for billing

Troubleshoot customer processes and software issues while aligning actions with ImageOne Core Values
What do you need to have?
- Knowledge of critical business processes across industries

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent experience in a related field

3 years experience in a consultative technical role

3 years experience in project management

Software certifications in relevant technologies are preferred but not required
