If you want to:
- Provide system administration support for internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments, focusing on customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflows;
- Analyze business requirements and collaborate daily with the Tools team;
- Create, configure, and manage both standard and customized environments;
- Offer development and maintenance support in Salesforce;
- Support and enforce data quality maintenance within the system;
- Create and manage Salesforce dashboards and reports;
- Handle user onboarding and offboarding processes.
And you can check off:
- Knowledge of the Salesforce CRM system;
- Strong business analyst skills;
- A team player mindset with the ability to work independently when needed;
- Good communication skills and fluent English;
- Confidence in communicating at all levels within the organization;
- A willingness to learn from others.
